Dennis Hipkiss is based in Murcia, Spain and is the founder of em2l.

EM2L specialises in providing tutoring and coaching for students who are preparing for examinations. Principally, the IGCSE, IELTS, SAT, and TOEFL examinations. The tutoring focuses on the 6 fundamental skills of the English language, which are Grammar, Vocabulary, Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Dennis established EM2L to specifically assist students who were having difficulty with English. He quickly discovered that even the best schools couldn’t help the kids who were underperforming their potential, so he offered his time to support these students on a “one to one” basis. This individual tuition ensured each student fully understood and demonstrated competence in a discipline before moving on to the next one. His tutorship has seen many students achieve grades in exams they did not believe they were capable of.

He believes the key to achieving high grades is confidence. If a student is confident in themself on the day of the exam, then this results in concise, complete, and correct answers which naturally result in top level marks.

Consequently, Dennis has proved that his individual tutorship results in conscious competence which in turn creates confidence, and confidence translates into high grades.
